Is your teen or young adult struggling to determine a career path? Are you tied up with work, bills, life and don't have to sit down and educate them about their options? Let your own career coach guide your child and help them discover options for their life.
Steps for career coaching:

You [the parents] will complete an initial questionnaire via telephone.

Your child's personal career coach will complete an initial one-on-one with your teen/young adult via telephone.

An options list will be completed and a in-person meeting will be scheduled.

Upon completion of the meeting, your teen/young adult will take a COT [Career Options Tour] and will have a chance to tour colleges, trade schools, job industries, or even meet with military personnel depending on the outcome of the initial assessments and in-person meetings. This tour is tailored to fit your child's interests and can last for 1 or 2 days.
